Cinnamon bun, definitely.
Sushi. Cheese. Petit Fours. Any small hors d'ouvres, unless they are roundish and roll around.
Breakfast toast. Sandwich. Cake.
Escargots a la Bourguignonne?
Sushi came to mind first, probably because of the flatness of the plate--and the head would make a great rest for chopsticks. Escargot came next, but that seems kinda mean. Like those tureens that are shaped to represent their contents.I like the idea of a cinnamon bun--the spiral would represent the shell. Good one, Brian!
bagel with too much butter and an unhealthy plomp of cream cheese a a few pockets of berry jam poked in...:)
